I'm checking the delta faucet specs, and their docs indicate that they can be installed with holes measuring 1 5/16 to 1 1/2. Probably a 3cm hole which i think is similar to a standard faucet or soap dispenser. They have a loop in the back and have specific instructions in the manuel.
